Kade is in training partnership with Chad, who also happens to be his brother.  At work Kade is in charge of running the Racing Barn, taking care of and helping Chad to plan the work and race plans for the ready to run horses and race horses. Meanwhile, at home Kade enjoys playing rugby, fishing and a cold beer.
